▪ If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you’ve made with us, you can get a refund with no return required. Simply contact our Customer Service Team at (844) 506-8567 within 30 days of receipt of your product and we’ll refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment. (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.)

 

◦ Customers must include in their refund request:

▪ Order Number;

▪ Full Name;

▪ Photos and/or videos of the issue; and

▪ Reason for the return

 

▪ No more than one money-back guarantee refund is allowed per product per person.

 

▪ Orders that are past the 30 days are not eligible for a refund. This policy is only applicable to products ordered from our website. We reserve the right to deny a refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine in our sole discretion that our money-back guarantee policy is being abused.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

▪ We strive to get it right every time! We apologize in advance if you received a product that did not meet our stringent quality standards or was not the product you ordered. In this case, please contact our customer service team within ten days of receipt of your product and we will arrange for a refund.
